Handyman Repairs and Home Projects in Sarasota

Every Sarasota house builds up a list of small jobs: the door that sticks, the dated light fixture, the torn lanai screen. Our handyman and home project service works through that list, whether you're getting ready to sell or simply want to enjoy your home.

What our handyman service covers

Every project is scoped to the property and what you need. Typical work includes:

  • Drywall and paint

Patching holes and dings, touching up or repainting walls and trim.

  • Fixtures and hardware

Replacing worn cabinet hardware, faucets, light fixtures, and similar items within our scope.

  • Doors, trim, and small carpentry

Fixing doors that stick, replacing damaged trim, and minor carpentry repairs.

  • Punch lists

Working through an agent's, inspector's, or your own list of small items in one visit where possible.

Small jobs, done properly

Small repairs are easy to put off and hard to schedule. Many contractors aren't interested in a list of minor jobs. We are—especially when they're the difference between a house that feels tired and one that feels ready.

Knowing when to call a licensed specialist

Some work—like electrical, plumbing, gas, roofing, and air conditioning beyond minor repairs—requires a licensed trade or a permit. We'll tell you when a job falls outside our scope and, where possible, help you find the right person for it.

How it works

How a repair list gets done

Every property is different, but the way we work stays the same: understand first, agree on a plan, then do the work.

  1. Step 1

    Tell us about the property

Share the address, what needs to happen, and your timeline. Photos help, but they're optional.

  2. Step 2

We review the work and define the plan

We'll talk through the details, review the property, and agree on the scope, sequence, and what's on your keep list.

  3. Step 3

    We handle the agreed work

Sorting, donation, removal, cleaning, and repairs proceed in order, with updates at the points you've asked for.

  4. Step 4

    Move forward with confidence

The home is ready for its next step—listing, closing, a new tenant, or simply a fresh start.

Questions

Handyman and repair questions

Do you take on jobs that are too small for most contractors?

Yes. Small repairs and punch lists are exactly what this service is for, and grouping several into one visit is usually the most efficient approach.

Can you make repairs while the house is being cleared?

Often, yes. Planning repairs alongside a cleanout or cleaning lets us sequence the work so the house is ready sooner.

Can you work through a home inspection report?

We can take on the minor items from an inspection report. Anything that needs a licensed trade, such as electrical or roofing findings, we'll separate out so you can get the right specialist.

Do you repair lanai and pool-cage screens?

Re-screening a few torn panels is the kind of small job we take on. A full enclosure rescreen or structural repair is better suited to a screen enclosure specialist.

Should I send photos of the repair list?

Yes, photos help us understand the job before we visit. Include a wide shot and a close-up of each item.
